Glass Surface Repairs & Treatments
Where glass replacement may not be necessary, we can undertake repairs using specialist materials to reduce the visual impact of scratches and shells. A free no obligation survey can be undertaken to advise if the damage can be repaired or if glass replacement is the best long term solution.
Window & Curtain Wall Maintenance
Opening windows, doors and electronic vents are the main moveable elements within the facade and consequently they comprise of components that will require cleaning, adjustment, oiling and greasing on a regular basis to ensure that they perform efficiently and correctly. We are able to offer a service where all such components such as hinges, stays, locks, closers, etc., are checked and maintained annually as part of a planned preventative maintenance regime to ensure they operate correctly and reduce the need for costly repairs and replacements.
